My Early Life and Love for Learning

My name is Rachana Patil, and my journey started in the lively yet modest lanes of Mumbai. I grew up in a lower-middle-class family where life wasn’t always easy, but it was full of love and strong values.

I didn’t have the extra support many others had, but I never let that stop me. I found my lessons in daily life—in kind teachers, borrowed books, and quiet moments of hope. Every small step I took with determination laid the foundation for everything I’ve built since.

How RachNova Learning Was Born

RachNova Learning was not just an idea—it was a heartfelt need. I saw so many bright and capable people around me who only needed someone to believe in them, to give them a chance.

I created RachNova Learning to be that chance. A place where learning is simple, useful, and filled with support. Where people from every background can build their skills and find guidance. Where learning leads to real jobs, and real confidence.

Everything I wished I had as a young girl with big dreams—RachNova Learning is that wish coming true for others.
